Then there is Où Est Le Swimming Pool. They are an English synthpop group from London.
Charles Haddon, the lead singer of the band, died after a performance at Pukkelpop, Belgium. He is believed to have committed suicide by jumping from a telecommunications mast in the backstage artists' parking area. Their record 'The Golden Year' was released yesterday, and it's filled with catchy song. ( check it out if you dig synthpop, or La Roux.)
